She is a Yoga Acharya, Yoga Shiromani & Yoga Bhaskara from the Sivananda International Vedanta Academy..who has spent over two decades in the intense study and practice of Yoga. She is also a Black Belt in Karate from the International Shotokan Headquarters, Japan.
Namrata then spent over a decade in the Corporate world, where she held various portfolios in sales, marketing and advertising with some of the biggest names & brands in the Industry ITC Ltd, Ogilvy & Mather, Hindustan Levers, JWT, etc.
In 1999, Namrata gave up the Corporate world and set up World of Yoga, an internationally registered school of Yoga in Goa.
