By accessing or using YogaSchool.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using YogaSchool.in in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on YogaSchool.in.

3. For Students

  • Students may search for, view, and book classes with yoga teachers listed on our platform.
  • Bookings are between the student and teacher directly. YogaSchool.in facilitates the connection but is not party to the class agreement.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake or malicious reviews are prohibited.
  • Students must treat teachers and studio staff with respect.

4. For Yoga Teachers

  • Teachers must provide accurate information including qualifications, experience, and pricing.
  • Only list certifications you actually hold. False credentials will result in immediate removal.
  • Teachers are responsible for delivering the classes they offer and honouring confirmed bookings.
  • Profile photos and gallery images must be genuine and represent your actual yoga practice.
  • Teachers may not use YogaSchool.in to promote services outside of yoga instruction.
  • YogaSchool.in reserves the right to remove any teacher profile that violates these terms.

5. For Yoga Studios

  • Studio listings must represent a real, operating yoga studio or wellness centre.
  • All contact details, timings, and facilities listed must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Studios are responsible for responding to student enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Misleading or inaccurate studio listings will be removed without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the platform for any illegal activity.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.
  • Do not post spam, misleading information, or harmful content.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the platform to conduct transactions outside YogaSchool.in.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on YogaSchool.in — including the design, code, logos, and text — is owned by YogaSchool.in.
  • Teacher and studio profile content belongs to the respective users, who grant YogaSchool.in a licence to display it.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • YogaSchool.in is a directory and booking facilitation platform. We are not responsible for the quality or conduct of any teacher or studio.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any teacher credentials listed on the platform.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from yoga classes booked through our platform.
  • Use of this platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@yogaschool.in.
  • Upon termination, your profile and associated data will be removed from public view.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Contact
